Andrea Navedo
Andrea Navedo, an American actor and author. She began her career on the soaps One Life to Live, Guiding Light. Later she was in a number of roles supporting premiertime TV. Andrea Navedo was born 10 October 1977 in The Bronx New York United States. Navedo started her acting career with the daytime soap. Navedo was in the ABC soap show One Life to Live as Linda Soto from 1995 to 1997. She joined in 1999 in the ensemble of CBS soap production Guiding Light as Theresa Sandoval. Her film debut came with a brief appearance in Girl 6 (1996) then she appeared in two episodes New York Undercover and The District. Navedo was in Double Take, an action-comedy film that debuted in 2001. The drama Washington Heights was released the one year following. From 2001 until 2004 Navedo had a recurring role in the NBC crime series Law & Order as Detective Ana Cordova. Navedo was also a part of Law & Order: Criminal Intent Damages, Blue Bloods and Law & Order: Criminal Intent Damages. Navedo has also been in numerous films, including El Cantante and Remember Me. From 2011 to 2013, Navedo played recurring roles as a character in How to Make It in America Golden Boy and Law & Order: Special Victims Unit. Superfast!, a comedy film in which she was a part. The Fast and the Furious parody that was released in 2015 was a parody of the Fast and the Furious movie series. Navedo started her acting career in the daytime soaps. From 1995 through 1997, she portrayed the character Linda Soto in the ABC soap opera One Life to Live. She joined in 1999 the team of CBS soap show Guiding Light as Theresa Sandoval. In 1996 she made her first appearance in the film world with a part in Girl 6. She later appeared as a guest star as a guest star in New York Undercover (1996) and The District. Navedo starred with Double Take, an action-comedy film that debuted in 2001.
